Also known as Qµeen Emma, Mere De Menage is hailed for its remarkable, dark-red colour, brisk acidity and wonderfully flavoured flesh. Believed to date back to the late 1600’s and to have originated in Belgium, Mere De Menage produces large and impressive fruit, with deep carmine stripes and sweet, but tart, flesh. The intricate and complex flavours naturally produced by this fruit result in a truly distinctive and enjoyable offering. Perfect served chilled with breakfast in bed.
